If you are already a client, please contact me for an appointment. If you are a new client and have a gift certificate to use, you can make an appointment, but understand that you will likely be on the wait list. Please contact me directly for booking.
I use Schedulicity to manage current appointments with features such as:
- Automatic confirmation emails which are sent as soon as the booking is recorded in the system.
- Automatic reminder emails which are sent 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
- Automatic text messages which are sent 24 hrs in advance of your appointment, **if you choose to opt in.**
Schedulicity requires an account setup when booking the first time with this system, so your basic information will be saved to make future bookings more efficient. You may experience difficulty if you do not have your browser enabled to accept all COOKIES. This issue is most prevalent among Internet Explorer users and Schedulicity suggests using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. The Great Google is helpful if you need directions on how to enable cookies…(insert cookie emoji here?!?)
A confirmation email will be sent upon booking and a reminder email 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not get your confirmation email, please check your junk mailbox first, and let Liz know if you did not receive one. Out of respect for Liz’s schedule (and any clients on a wait list!) it is best to notify her ASAP if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Liz understands that emergencies do occur, but you will be liable for your session fee in the case of non-emergency last minute cancellations or no-shows. If you must cancel at the last minute, you can avoid this fee by by passing your appointment on to a colleague, friend or family member. You’ll make their day!
